Data series and data values

To open the formatting dialog box for a chart element, double-click that chart element. When selecting elements, you can press the keys to move the selection handles from one major chart element to another, or the keys to toggle through chart sub-elements.

To change line attributes of a series: double-click the data series, then click the Patterns tab and choose border options. Click OK.

To display data values: double-click the data series, click the Data Labels tab, and choose a label option. Click OK.

To switch legend values with X-axis values: select the chart, click the Chart Wizard icon , then click the Next button. Click the Data Range tab, then from the Series in section, select Rows or Columns. Click the Finish button.
