Displaying hidden menu items

Excel 2000 personalizes your menu commands by grouping and displaying the menu options that you use most often.

To display hidden menu options: click at the bottom of the menu drop-down list. For example, from the Tools menu, click and choose Scenarios to open the Scenario Manager.

To display all of the menu options: from the Tools menu, choose Customize. Click the Options tab, then clear the Menus show recently used commands first checkbox. Click Close.
