Using AutoFill to create quick lists

To create an AutoFill list, type a word or a numerical value into a cell, then drag the fill handle away from the cell. AutoFill examples:

To clear an AutoFill list: select the cells that you want to clear, then drag the fill handle towards the start of the list.

To create a custom AutoFill list: choose Options from the Tools menu and click the Custom Lists tab. From the Custom lists list, select NEW LIST. Type the list pressing ENTER after each item. Click Add, then OK.
