Using Multiple Copy and Paste

The Clipboard stores and displays up to 12 copied items, and lets you choose which item you would like to paste.


1.
Select and copy (CTRL+C) items. If the Clipboard toolbox (shown below) doesn't appear when you copy multiple items, choose Toolbars|Clipboard from the View menu.

Select the cell in your spreadsheet where you want to paste an item.

Place the mouse pointer over an item in the Clipboard toolbox; a yellow pop-up displays what will be pasted.

Click the item in the Clipboard toolbox to paste it onto your spreadsheet. To paste all of the copied items, click .

Note: To clear the contents of the Clipboard, click the Clear Clipboard icon .
